The

Talent Sourcing Specialist

will play a key role in discovering and engaging qualified candidates for Inspire Company Restaurants. This position involves actively seeking top-tier talent, establishing a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring a consistent flow of candidates to meet both present and future hiring requirements.

WORK LOCATION:

Hyderabad, India – Mix of onsite and work from home environment, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to increase representation in candidate pipelines. Request sponsored ads to boost the applicant flow for open positions. Identify and utilize effective sourcing techniques, including social media, referrals, networking, and partnerships with community and professional organizations. Use technology, direct sourcing, and creative, non-traditional techniques to locate, engage and attract candidates. Serve as an advocate for candidates and foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Review and evaluate applications on all platforms in a timely manner. Maintain accurate candidate data and records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or relevant databases. Collaborate with Talent Advisors to coordinate interviews and gather feedback on candidates. Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies and always maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for high volume positions. Handle miscellaneous administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow in talent acquisition. Conduct ad-hoc reporting to provide insights into talent sourcing activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience in sourcing for specific roles in the US market Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines. Experience with Boolean search and social media recruiting. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Willing to work on flexible timings.
