Job description
Collate the relevant accounting / financial transactions related information by accessing the ERP and scrutinizing such information
Analysis and summarizing of financial records and preparation of smart analytical reports for presentation to senior management
Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Perform gap analysis to identify financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information, in line with best industry practices and accounting principles (exception reporting)
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Undertake GST/VAT Compliance for the Company (based out of India)
Contribute to the team, accomplishing tasks in a timely and effective manner
What will you bring to RamSoft
CA-Inter or M.Com
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and MIS reporting, including experience working on ERP such as NetSuite
Combined experience of industry as well as CA Firm
Understanding of Indian GST law
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Basic knowledge of audit, including internal audit and exceptional reporting
Skilled with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with Tally, Net Suite would be an added Advantage
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) in English
