It involves liaising between celebrities and various stakeholders, coordinating appearances, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the overall success and integrity of the talent's brand. It requires an understanding of the film industry, creative vision, and exceptional networking skills.

Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between the talent and external parties such as agents, publicists, brands, event organizers, and media outlets.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the talent including scheduling, logistics, and activations.
• Strategize and execute brand partnerships, endorsement deals, and sponsorships including c contract negotiation.
• Manage media relations and publicity for the talent, including press releases, interviews, and media appearances.
• Oversee social media presence and content strategy, ensuring alignment with the talent's brand image and objectives.
• Handle any crises or controversies that may arise; develop strategies to mitigate negative publicity and manage damage control when necessary.
• Monitor and manage the celebrity's finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and ensuring timely payments for services rendered.
• Meticulous maintenance of all records, decks, and pitch documents.
• Stay up to date on all relevant information in the industry to aid and assist in better opportunities for the talent.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, public relations, or a related field, within the entertainment industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong networking skills and established relationships with industry contacts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment..
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
