Job description
VRM : Tele caller will be given leads to call from the organization, and they will also have to close the deal on prospect customers/clients.
- To here will target every month to achieve which is different designation wise.
- Candidate is expected to make 120-180 calls per day.
- Products are related to life insurance can be in terms of investment, guarantee, protection.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering - Learn details about our product and service offerings - Address any questions or issues customers may have - Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need - Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities - Direct prospects and leads to the sales team - Measure identified KPIs - Always strive towards meeting sales quota - Track and document call and sales Must Criteria: 1. Candidate with Insurance sales experience with 1 Plus years of experience, most preferred would be Life insurance. 2. Tele callers is preferred as the role is of tele calling and sales. 3. Age Limit is 324. Gender : Male/Female. 4. Graduation compulsory. 5. No professional gap more than 3 months 6. Excellent communication skills 7. It's a sale profile, target oriented. 8. Fully vaccinated. 9. Candidate should have stable profile and not frequent job hopper. - Ability to work with computersJob tags
