Retail Store Manager

This is a full-time onsite role for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which include, but are not limited to: managing inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, overseeing store operations, ensuring retail loss prevention, and effectively communicating with staff and customers.

• Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or equivalent
• Experience in the retail industry with a preference for experience in the children's retail sector.
