Job description
Who are we looking for
Senior Engineer for Windows platform who acts as the ongoing interface between the client and the IT infrastructure, is dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running, can accurately define/interpret a client issue and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Years Of Experience Needed:-
Minimum of 5-7 years of core experience is required in managing Wintel /Vulnerability Management area.
Technical Skills:
Conceptual /practical knowledge on Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 administration skills
Good knowledge to support Active Directory , DNS /DHCP, Print management, Anti-Virus, System Management, Optimization Tuning, High Availability configurations /Clustering.
Knowledge on Citrix , Azure and Power Shell scripting would be an added advantage
Should have capacity to solve problems, take ownership, drive issues with the co-ordination with other technical capabilities.
Should have leading skills / people management.
Should have good analytical / logical skills.
Adopt the given technology to meet the drift of customer and business requirements.
The person should also be responsible for making improvements to the existing systems to optimize and improve the reliability and availability.
Minimum of 5-7 years of core experience is required in managing Wintel /Vulnerability Management area.
Non-Technical Skill:
Prioritize major incidents based on business impact to the client.
Proficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to the process (ITIL).
Must have worked on Service now or any other ticketing tool.

Certification:
Certifications: Valid MCSE / MCP
Any additional will be an added advantage: Cloud - Azure, AWS / VMware / *SCCM/Desktop Central
