Our client company is a leading Plastic Machines Manufacturing Company.

Job Location: - Changodar, Ahmedabad

Role & responsibilities

The position will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquires.
• Preparation of domestic quotes for Sales & Export quotes
• Preparing of all documents after receiving an order: proforma invoice, SJO, Order Confirmation
• Maintaining records of order intake
• preparation of fortnightly and monthly Sales Opportunity report in SAP for Sales and Finance department
• Coordinating with Production and PPC
• Help in Brand promotions - Ads in magazines, Newsletters

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with 5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination in any Capital goods Manufacturing Company.

Should have knowledge of Sales Documentation requirements like handling customer inquiries, preparing of domestic and Export Quotes, Performa Invoice, Data Management.
