Validated work experience of 8 to 12 years in software engineering.
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, React.JS, Microservices, messaging, building data pipelines, containers, and web development.
Proficient with development on cloud like OCI or AWS/GCP.
Accountable for broad software design, code quality, and architecture decisions.
Lead and direct architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance.
Develop a long-term technical roadmap for the solution area.
Investigate and drive analysis for new innovations and technologies.
Perform software risk analysis, and identify and implement mitigation.
Partner with strategy and solution teams as solution experts to provide recommendations.
Reinforce and promote engineering culture and values across the organization.
