Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Sales Manager with a focus on B2B clientele. As an Assistant Sales Manager - B2B, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Lawyered's market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives.
This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential B2B clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating the value of Lawyered's legal-tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Client Acquisition:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients in alignment with the company's sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship cultivation.
- Solution Selling:
- Comprehend the unique legal challenges faced by B2B clients and position Lawyered's solutions as tailored and effective resources.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value proposition effectively.
- Relationship Management:
- Foster and nurture enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to address client needs effectively.
- Sales Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations with B2B clients, ensuring agreements that are mutually beneficial and meet both client requirements and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client expectations.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the B2B legal-tech space.
- Provide regular feedback to enhance Lawyered's offerings and market positioning.
- Sales Reporting:
- Generate and analyze regular reports on B2B sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
1) Essential:
- Demonstrated track record of 5-7 years in B2B sales, preferably in the logistic & Supply Chain or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2) Desirable:
- Familiarity with legal-tech solutions and understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
- Existing network and relationships within the B2B legal and corporate sector.
