Lawyered is developing a legal-tech platform to help commercial and private vehicle owners effortlessly tackle on-road legal issues on-the-spot, backed by our network of 70K lawyers covering 98% of the pin-codes and tech-driven interventions.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Sales Manager with a focus on B2B clientele. As an Assistant Sales Manager - B2B, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Lawyered's market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives.

This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential B2B clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating the value of Lawyered's legal-tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. B2B Client Acquisition:
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients in alignment with the company's sales objectives.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship cultivation.
  2. Solution Selling:
    • Comprehend the unique legal challenges faced by B2B clients and position Lawyered's solutions as tailored and effective resources.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value proposition effectively.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Foster and nurture enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B organizations.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to address client needs effectively.
  4. Sales Negotiation:
    • Lead negotiations with B2B clients, ensuring agreements that are mutually beneficial and meet both client requirements and company objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client expectations.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the B2B legal-tech space.
    • Provide regular feedback to enhance Lawyered's offerings and market positioning.
  6. Sales Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze regular reports on B2B sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
