Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the interpersonal and communication skills of individuals across various levels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of soft skills development and the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of various soft skills and their relevance in professional settings. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Certification in training and development is a plus. Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update comprehensive soft skills training programs covering areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence. Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.

Training Delivery: Conduct dynamic and interactive soft skills training sessions for individuals and groups. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, role-playing, and simulations to reinforce learning objectives. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching to address specific needs and challenges related to soft skills development. Offer personalized feedback and guidance for improvement.

Assessment and Feedback: Develop and administer assessments to measure participants' soft skills proficiency. Provide constructive feedback and create action plans for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with HR departments, management teams, and other stakeholders to identify soft skills development needs. Customize training programs to align with organizational goals and values.

Progress Reporting: Generate regular reports on the progress of participants, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about the impact of soft skills training.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Experience
