Vacancy For Store Incharge Located In Bhiwandi.

Leading Wholesale Trader of Fibre Optic Cable, Fiber Optic Cable for Lans, Fiber Optic Cable for Networking, Automotive Cables, High Temperature Teflon Cables and High Temperature Rubber Cables from Mumbai. variety of LED Lights and Cooling Towers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Planning the dispatches. Material receiving Material issue,
➢ Monitoring the dispatches according to dispatch plan.
➢ Assigning & monitoring work of dispatch Officer.
➢ Co-ordinating with Operation dept. and Customer for effective dispatches.
➢ Ensuring timely delivery to customer. Maintaing Minimum inventory
➢ Negotiating and arranging transport for dispatch.
➢ Ensuring damage free dispatch.
➢ Improving packaging quality as required.
➢ Informing to stores dept. timely for requirement of packaging material in advance.
➢ Preparing Invoice according to checklist received from dispatch officer (Shop Floor)
➢ Sending shipment advice to customer via email.
➢ Submitting Invoices to commercial dept.
➢ Updating the delivery status sheet.
