The telesales executive will be working with IndiaMART and other leads to appoint distributors for our brands.
Distributor management, helping them understand our products and different SKUs and handle any queries they may have.
Ability to send out mass emails, WhatsApp texts, software and portals like IndiaMART, etc
Explaining the margins, profitability and business potential to distributors.
The telesales executive will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Telesales Executives will be responsible for familiarising themselves with our product catalogue and communicating the same to distributors, promoting offers when relevant, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships.
Answering any questions that distributors might have about the company or our products.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
You have at least 2 years of experience within a Telesales, Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Inside Sales role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors and Modern Trade.
Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
