Job description

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location:Hyderabad

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the HR consultancy agency to ensure the smooth execution of HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
Facilitate effective communication between the Managing Director (MD), HR consultancy agency, and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Process HR-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
Assist in employee relations matters, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive HR information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and objectives.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Primary Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise between the MD, HR consultancy agency, and employees.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing HR-related documentation.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Proficiency in using HR software and systems for record-keeping and data management.
Interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and conflicts effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Secondary Skills:
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability for roles.
Knowledge of performance management processes and techniques.
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in HR practices.
Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops for employees on HR-related topics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position, preferably with exposure to HR processes.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and HRIS software
