Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing the production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with inventory management and production planning
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Formal Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field or Equivalent
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus
