Job description

Key Responsibilities

Job Description – Support Executive / Senior Executive

Work as part of 24/7/365 support incident management team

Proactive monitoring the IT Infrastructure services, acknowledging alerts, notifying relevant

stakeholders

Proactive co-ordination with internal and external teams for solving incidents till the incident

closure

Working in Rotational Shifts 24/7/365

Performing required hands on activities on IT infrastructure configuration items for incident

resolution

Performing upgrade activities on IT infrastructure configuration items, patch updates,

security hotfix deployment

Solving end user issues related to IT services

Key Skills Required

3 to 4 years of overall domain experience

Windows / Linux server administration

Messaging and Collaboration platforms administration (office 365, G-Suite, IceWarp)

Experience in IT security products and services like email security, MDM, MAM, Email

archival, websecurity, CASB, DLP

Hands on working experience with Email protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP)

Experience with Active Directory and LDAP

Working knowledge of TCP/IP v4 and an understanding of TCP/IP v6.

Self-initiative / motivation / willingness to learn

Very Good communications skills - English, written & spoken

Working Knowledge On Security Products

Email Security: Cisco, ProofPoint, Mimecast, MS Defender, Forcepoint, McAfee (Trellix),

Symantec (Broadcom), Barracuda, Fortinet, Sophos

DLP/CASB: Symantec (Broadcom), McAfee (Trelix), Forcepoint, Safetica, Netskope,

proofpoint, ManageEngine

MDM/MAM: IBM Maas 360, AirWatch, Scalefusion, MS Intune, ManageEngine, Jamf,

jumpcloud, Scalefusion

Websecurity: Symantec (Broadcom), McAfee (Trelix), Forcepoint, Netskope, Forcepoint,

Cisco Ironport, Zscaler

Zero Trust: Zscaler, Palo Alto, MS Intune, AD, Okta, JumpCLoud, Fortigate

Email Archival: Barracuda, Metalogix, Mimecast, Symantec (Broadcom)
