Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Operations Assistant/SDR

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to assist our dynamic Sales team. In light of a high-paced, challenging environment, the ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication acumen, and the competency to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks to optimize productivity.

2. Drafting and following up on emails on behalf of the Director of Sales, ensuring seamless communication with clients and leads.

3. Tracking tasks and deadlines, providing timely alerts and updates to keep the workflow smooth.

4. Assisting in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

5. Facilitating a conducive and collaborative work environment that embraces diverse team cultures.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Development Representative, or in a similar role.

2. Work in the US Timezone

2. A genuine passion for advocacy, understanding that our ultimate goal extends beyond just earning revenue; we aim to make a notable difference.

3. Previous sales experience, with an aptitude for conceptualizing strategies that cater to diverse customer needs.

4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

7. An independent worker who can also thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
