Job description
1.Connect & Engage leads received through various marketing channels
2. Counsel leads, based on their profiles, suggest fruitful learning tracks
3. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
4. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
5. Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback.
6. Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
7. Assisting leads in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the enrollment process.
8. Guiding Students with the paperwork and the admission process.
9. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
