Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of IB School (Expats) located in New Delhi. The Head of School will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, including overseeing curriculum development, educational leadership, communication, and research. The Head of School will also be responsible for working closely with staff and administration to provide a quality education for students.
Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and educational leadership
- IB Accreditation experience is mandatory
- A degree in education or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and administration
- Experience working with expat communities is a plus
- Master's degree in education or a related field is preferred
- Expatriate Candidates will be preferred.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include experience in multicultural education, experience with IB or other international curriculum, and experience working in an international school setting.
