Candidate Engagement : Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback. Coordinating Interviews : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Documentation : Ensure all candidate records and documents are accurately maintained.
