Position

Title: Marketing and Admissions Coordinator Location : Delhi Job Type : Full-time

Job Summary: The Marketing and Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective students, as well as managing the admissions process. This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to promote the centre’s programs, conduct outreach activities, and support enrolment goals. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in marketing and admissions, preferably in the education or hospitality industry.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing and Admissions Coordinator at IIHM located in New Delhi. The Marketing and Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as coordinating marketing and admissions activities, communicating with customers, and providing training on medical terminology and Medicare regulations.

- Collect and analyse data related to admissions, inquiries, conversions, and enrolment trends, prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and inform strategic decision-making, identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data insights.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in marketing and admissions, preferably in the education or hospitality industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines. - Proficiency in social media platforms and CRM systems. - Passion for education and the hospitality industry, with a commitment to student success and engagement.

Other relevant qualifications may include experience with social media marketing, knowledge of data analytics, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
