We're on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to spearhead the development and management of our Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Management (BH COCM) products. This role is pivotal in driving the creation and enhancement of digital solutions that support integrated care for individuals with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for BH-COCM solutions.
- Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and technology teams, to identify needs and opportunities for product innovation.
- Translate complex requirements into user-friendly digital solutions that enhance patient care and support healthcare providers.
- Manage the product life cycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with budget and strategic goals.
- Foster a data-driven approach, utilizing metrics to guide product decisions and measure success.
