Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationship activities, particularly focusing on Email Marketing. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Karix, and MO-Engage is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
- Create targeted email lists and segment audiences for personalized communication.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
CRM Tools Management:
- Utilize Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Karix, and Moengage to manage customer data and automate marketing processes.
- Customize and configure CRM tools to meet specific business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.
Customer Segmentation:
- Implement effective customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messages.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify and define customer personas.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, with a focus on Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Karix, and MO-Engage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
