Roles And Responsibilities - Assist clients in filling visa application forms accurately and ensure all necessary documents are gathered
- Prepare and review visa documentation, including financial statements and educational certificates
- Collaborate with clients to gather required information and provide guidance on visa requirements and processes
- Communicate with visa offices and immigration authorities to track the status of visa applications
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns related to visa and immigration
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
