Sales Director : Location - Chennai

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales individual for New Customer Acquisition, specializing in Uncia SCF and Uncia Lending Suite. You will be responsible for driving new business and hunting new accounts, targeting Banks and NBFCs in Indian market, while leveraging your expertise in cross-selling and upselling strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective go-to-market sales strategies to acquire new clients. Generate and nurture leads, manage the entire sales cycle and successfully close deals with a compelling value proposition. Identify and build relationships with key client stakeholders and business partners at a leadership & CXO level. Conduct accurate funnel management and sales pipeline forecasting. Overcome barriers to outperform competitors, effectively presenting Uncia Solutions' products. Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts and performance metrics Work with the internal sales team of Uncia to drive the role effectively, including strategic planning, account allocation and regular review of individual sales pipelines. Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information and guidance, and exploring new opportunities for mutual growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Delivery teams, Product Management team & Solution Architects & to develop solutions addressing business opportunities and client needs.

Key Requirements: 12 to 25 years of experience in software solution selling Should have strong background in IT product sales, particularly in the BFSI sector, with a focus on SaaS solutions. Proven track record in new business development and IT sales, preferably from the BFSI sector. Strong understanding of SaaS sales and Digital Lending Platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated experience in corporate sales and relationship management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus. Having a strong customer facing skills & problem solver mindset.
