Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual content to convey ideas, messages, and brand identities. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, including graphic designers, art directors, and copywriters, to produce visually engaging and compelling materials. Your work will help bring concepts to fruition and drive effective communication through various media channels.
Must Haves:
- Adobe ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects )
- Knowledge of Mainline Medium ( Posters, hoardings, creative concepts, etc.)
- Knowledge of Motion Graphic videos ( Digital Graphics )
Job Responsibilities:
Conceptualization:
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging.
- Brainstorm and generate creative visual ideas and concepts that align with project goals.
- Develop visual concepts that effectively convey messages and capture the essence of the brand or campaign.
Design and Visual Creation:
- Create visual designs, illustrations, and layouts for various media, including print, digital, and social media.
- Use design software and tools to produce high-quality visual content.
- Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Storytelling through Visuals:
- Translate complex ideas and information into easy-to-understand visual representations.
- Craft visual narratives that engage and captivate the audience.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to meet project objectives.
Research and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Integrate innovative design concepts and approaches into your work.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to team leads and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles is a plus.
Experience:
1- 4 Years of relevant experience in ad agency
