Role Description:-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and revenue growth across multiple Meghavi Wellness outlets in Hyderabad. The roles will include managing the spa, leading and managing the team, handling client feedbacks, marketing efforts, and reporting KPIs to senior management. The Cluster Manager role is crucial in maintaining Meghavi Wellness Pvt Ltd.'s position in the industry as a thought leader and provider of top-quality Spa services.
Qualifications:-
- Management and Leadership Skills
- Experience in the spa and wellness industry
- Marketing and Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic workloads and schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Certifications in spa therapy, management, or business administration is a plus
