Our company is located in Hyderabad, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter at Viron Technologies INC in Hyderabad, India. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the placement of IT consultants on our bench, for their timely project placement and will work closely with the sales and recruiting teams for requirements from clients. Qualifications 1-5 + years of experience in Bench Sales. Good understanding of the staffing industry; ability to leverage resources to maximize productivity and pipeline management. Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Result driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Excellent knowledge of various tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099, OPT EAD, and H1B. Must be results-driven with a proven track record of success in recruiting and sales. Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a related field. Experience working with job portals and social media for candidate sourcing and recruitment strategy is a plus. The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients, and have excellent organizational and time management skills as well.Job tags
