Compensation: 8 to 15 Lakhs P.A., plus attractive Performance Bonus; scope for negotiation if proven with excellent track-record & capabilities Role Description: As a Senior Sales Engineer, we will depend on you to use your creativity and expertise to convert ambiguous and complex business requirements to solvable business opportunities. Our Ideal candidate is an expert in closing high-volume deals seamlessly. Has strong techno-commercial knowledge and is someone who understands his role and operates not just as a salesperson but more like a consultant. Possesses in-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools, including milling machines and surface grinders. Understands various machining processes, tooling options, and control systems to effectively address customer needs. MUST Required Experience / Skills / Exposure: Exposure to customer accounts Tier 1, 2 & 3 Corporate, SME & MSME in segments like Die Mold, Defense, Aerospace, Automobile etc. Experience of implementing turnkey and large-scale projects – Machine Tools. Adequate Sales Knowledge in: CNC controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain etc.; CNC (Spark Erosion Machine) EDM's, Grinders.; Vertical Machining Centre, Horizontal-Vertical Double Column Machining Centres.
