Job description
Responsibilities
. Accountable for all administrative duties related to credit and customer data management accurately and within SLA, ensuring world class service is maintained throughout.
. To be a subject matter expert for the team and a point of escalation as and when needed.
. Be a point of escalation for the team and a subject matter expert on all aspects of the role.
. Use existing knowledge to support team in decision making in case of complex requests.
. Step-up in line managers absence and support other team members when issues arise.
. Assist line manager in training other members of the team in knowledge and processes as and when required.
. Responsible for all Database request and online business account applications
. Dynamically reviewing existing accounts to ensure all new orders can be released efficiently and without delay.
. Verifying payments on accounts
. Liaise with the sales, customer operations and credit control teams as necessary.
. Occasionally dealing with inbound calls from internal and external customers
. Create and maintain a full set of working procedure documents for all core activities carried out within the role. Maintain version control for these documents.
. Ensure procedures are fully up to date and tested to provide effective 2nd level support for other team members.
. Implement and maintain cross training plans to cover all core operational activities performed within the role.
. Actively define opportunities for process improvements.
. Work closely with line management to manage any testing and assist with implementation.
. Facilitate delivery of any process changes with minimum disruption to core BAU deliverables.
. Support on any other ad hoc duties as required by line manager.
. Able to deliver to tight deadlines on a daily/weekly basis.
. Able to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
. Self-starter, organized, comfortable in navigating complex and fast paced environments.
