Overview
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our organization consistently delivers products and services that meet the highest quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in our processes and products.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement quality management systems
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team
- Establish quality standards and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Manage and analyze quality data and reports
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Participate in new product development and launch processes
- Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
- Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management)
- Proven experience in a quality management role
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g., ISO, FDA regulations)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive quality improvements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CMQ/OE, CQM, CQE) preferred
- Experience in conducting audits and managing compliance
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Knowledge of supply chain quality management principles
