Job description
Responsibilities:
-Grow participants for our campaign Diatoms for a cooler Tomorrow.
-Expand to relevant universities in the South Asia region.
-Expand internationally to colleges in Canada, Germany, France
-Produce viral content with the help of our Production team and microalgae scientists in 10 to 15 seconds formats (eg Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts)
-Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree from Top Tier colleges in India
-Previous experience in startups, business development, marketing, or related roles is preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
-Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks
