Position : Technical Support & Customer Suppport

Openings for : Voice , Semi Voice , Chat Support , Email Support

Qualification Required  : Any Graduates / Any Post Graduates (Backlogs people are not eligible)

Job Type : Permanent

Work Location : ONPASSIVE Technologies , Hi-Tech City , Hyderabad.

Experience level : 0 - 5 years

Shifts : Rotational 24/7

Week Offs : Rotational Week Offs

Working Days : 5 Days in a week

Transportation :There is no transportation and Cab service. Madatory to have your own transport with you tob travel.

Job Description :

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, emails support , chat support for addressing customers' questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns.

Should resolve the customer issues over through Voice , Semi Voice , Chat Support and Email Support
Must to have excellent communication skills
Able to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
Good to fair experience or knowledge in customer support or technical support.

Pursuing / Intermediate 10+2 / Backlogs in graduation and Diploma are not eligible
