Description Responsibilities will include:
- Builds and manages the backlog with the support of the Engineering Team and Stakeholders.
- Based on Product Management guidance, break features into vertically sliced stories and clearly communicate these requirements to engineers and designers via user stories, use case scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Align on MVP with Product Management and prioritize a critical path of backlog items to deliver it
- Advocates for agile thinking and delivery
- Helps define and measure Product metrics
- Ensures any required artifacts are associated with epics and stories to enable the delivery
- Be a 'Product expert' to support and guide engineers and stakeholders
- Collaborates across the organization and with Engineering, creating a bridge to other teams as required to understand dependencies and drive solution delivery.
- Assists services and engineering with troubleshooting product escalations from customers.
- Stays current with evolving product practices and development methodologies and learns new skills as needed
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Three or more years experience in product/program management with a total experience of 8+ or more years in the IT industry.
