Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Designer to join our team, specializing in lighting and digital sign components and products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating detailed design drawings, CNC router/laser cutting machine files, and providing comprehensive installation drawing templates for our products.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering fields such as industrial, mechanical, or Mechatronics. 2 years of experience in the signage manufacturing industry. Proficient in materials such as PVC and metals. Expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Familiarity with Art Cam - RD works is advantageous. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Adaptability, quick learning ability, and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Create detailed design drawings and CNC router/laser cutting machine files. Design and implement comprehensive installation drawing templates for our products. Generate 2D CAD drawings for CNC Routers and Laser Cutting machines, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to standards. Develop installation drawing templates. Collaborate with design teams to create prototypes and align outputs with production schedules. Implement quality control procedures to ensure final products meet specifications and standards. Create basic wall elevations using CAD programs like AutoCAD. Experience with 3D drawing tools like Fusion 360 and SolidWorks is a plus.Job tags
