Position: IT Recruiter/Team Lead/Assistant Manager Experience: 2-10 years Location: Gurgaon

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, conducting interview drives, and managing stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing Profiles: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to source qualified candidates for IT positions. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and provide necessary details to all parties involved. Interview Drives: Organize and execute interview drives for multiple positions. Manage logistics, coordinate with hiring teams, and ensure a smooth interview process. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns or issues. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback, guidance, and support to candidates at every stage. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and other recruitment-related data. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine recruitment strategies and enhance sourcing techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with 2-10 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
