Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Partner Network Business Manager to join our team. This role is essential for managing and expanding our partnership with Microsoft, driving business growth through strategic initiatives, and leveraging the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership management, business development, and a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and the MPN program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the partnership and achieve targeted goals within the Microsoft Partner Network.
• Act as the primary liaison between our company and Microsoft, maintaining a strong, productive relationship with key stakeholders.
• Navigate the MPN program benefits, requirements, and resources to maximize opportunities for training, support, and incentives.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the MPN ecosystem, collaborating with both Microsoft and other Microsoft partners.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.
• Manage partner performance metrics, ensuring compliance with MPN program requirements and driving continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about Microsoft technologies, products, and services to effectively align our business strategy with Microsoft's direction.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the company to ensure teams are equipped with the latest Microsoft product knowledge and best practices.
• Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars aimed at promoting our partnership and driving engagement within the Microsoft community.
• Prepare and manage the budget for Microsoft partnership activities, ensuring a positive return on investment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Network, Microsoft products, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.
