• Identify and target potential clients through market research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
  
• Present and promote our insurance products and services effectively.
  

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  
• Understand clients insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
  
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics to stay competitive.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.
  Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  Product Knowledge:
  
• Stay updated on our insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
  
• Train and educate team members on product offerings and sales techniques.
  Qualifications:
  
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
