Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager - HR
Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: MBA / PGDBA - HR / MSW
Drive the Employee Engagement initiatives at the plants - Stay Interviews & Exit Interviews and present the results with concerned stakeholders
2. Drive the Performance Management Process across both sites - drilling down the KRAs/KPIs as per the SMART Goal Criteria, performing Goal Audits to check the quality of goals taken and facilitate Mid-Year / Year-End Performance dialogues
3. Drive Talent Management initiatives across the plants by identifying key talent, developing the Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in consultation with the HOD and drive the follow-through for completion of IDPs in stipulated time frame
4. Drive Engagement Surveys within the plant to check the engagement levels of employees
5. Drive the Learning & Development interventions for employees
6. Drive the Skill Matrix across the plants and conduct trainings for identified skill gaps by collaborating with the plant leaders
7. Drive strategic projects from time to time, as they come
