Job brief for Executive Assistant (Married Female)
1) We are looking for a result driven EA only married female candidate, to be
responsible for the overall EA responsibility.
2) She should be able to do activities like interdepartmental communications, manage
delegation sheets, basic accounting & HR.
3)She should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to
emails and interfacing with clients & customer.
Departmental communications, Manage Delegation sheets, Basic accounting &
HR knowledge.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and
company partners.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Arrange fashions shows and events to take place outside of the workplace.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Uphold a strict level of confident requirements. Requirements
8 - 10 year of experience as an EA •
Good communication and interpersonal skills •
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Good hands-on experience in MS –Office.
Client management skills.
Powerful leading skills and EA orientation.
Required on an urgent basis, contact only immediately joiner.

Education – Graduate plus holding Degree / Diploma / Certification in EA.
Experience – 8-10 years as EA (Married Female)
