Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, writing, and evaluating Knowledge (KPAK) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in knowledge management, content creation, and technical writing. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and enhance our organizations knowledge base and contribute to the overall success of our customers.
What would you do - Curate and maintain a centralized knowledge base, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and accessibility of information.
- Write and edit content for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Work closely with Product Management, Professional Services and customers to determine content priorities and evaluate success.
- Utilize various multimedia formats to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge solutions.
- Monitor and research trends in enterprise technologies relevant to the organization.
- Translate industry trends into actionable insights and usable content for the knowledge base.
What are we looking for - 3-5 years of experience in writing software-based help content such as user guides, blogs, and tutorials.
- 3+ years of experience using enterprise content management systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Manual of Style and technical writing standards.
- Exp in Enterprise level software - Microsoft, business productive suite, slack, Jiras, service now, salesforce,
- Strong command of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Marketing research exp
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, accurate, and concise user documentation.
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and XML.
- Experience producing and editing video content.
- Experience using Jira & Confluence.
- Experience collaborating using Miro.
- Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and the initiative to self-teach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team.
- Excellent flexibility and change management skills.
Qualifications You should have a Bachelor s degree and 3+ years of experience in communication, marketing, or technical documentation. Experience with analytics, video editing, or other technical skills would be an asset.
