As Chief Technology Officer, you will work with our executive team to lead all things tech. Technology Leadership: Create and communicate startups tech strategy & vision, aligning it with our business goals and long-term objectives. Lead the execution of our technical roadmap, including choosing the right technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Oversee all aspects of product development by working with our product teams. Create IP and Patents in the future-forward areas we are working on (esp visualisation) Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing team of stellar engineers and data scientists. Continue building a tech-first culture across our 2000+ member org. System Scalability, Cost and Readiness: Architect scalable systems & infrastructure to support growth and innovation. Evaluate new technologies and lead technical integrations. Establish engineering best practices, processes, and standards to optimize development efficiency, security, and stability. Data Science Innovation: Lead the research and development of AI tools which would be relevant to the product suite and business. Skill Sets: 10+ yrs of experience with proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of managing tech and product teams and delivering innovative tech products preferably in product based companies. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline). High-growth mindset with relevant academic and career profile Experience building and scaling high-performance, cross-functional product and technology teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience in building AI products is a plus Experience of working with 3D design and AR/VR tools is a plusJob tags
