JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to our VP, Total Rewards, this role will lead our team in day-to-day matters and partner with HR department leadership in executing on our Total Rewards strategy. This role will be responsible for administration of our company’s benefit plans and assist in our compensation administration. This is a highly visible role and will communicate/work across the entire organization.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Manage the day-to-day administration of our Total Rewards function as well as daily management of our external vendors. Insurance carriers, 401k administrator and consultants.
- Lead the Total Rewards team in our benefits and leave administration duties. Develop and coach the team as needed, ensuring the team has all the resources needed to be successful.
- Lead annual processes like open enrollment, compliance related tasks like 401k testing and 1095-C filings. Facilitate meetings of the company’s 401k committee as well.
- Support the VP, Total Rewards with compensation related processes such as our annual merit process and equity grant cycles.
- Administer our compensation programs. Market price roles and audit pay practices to ensure alignment with internal protocols as well as Federal, State and Local laws.
- Partner with other areas of HR, Legal and Finance when they need Total Reward’s input or assist them in their support of the organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s in business related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics)
- World at Work certifications (CCP, CBP) preferred.
- 7 – 9+ years of experience in Total Rewards and 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience with annual processes of open enrollment, merit administration, and HRIS systems
- Strong analysis and data modeling skills particularly when utilizing Excel
- Knows the audience, able to modulate messages and explain concepts to best communicate with stakeholders involved.
- Ability to partner with others, take differing perspectives into consideration to develop solutions and processes for the organization.
- History of leading, developing and upskilling high-performing teams
