Job description
The person's primary role involves meeting with potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance policies to protect against risks. Responsibilities • Sales of Health policies of through the agency model. • Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory. • Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly. • Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations. • To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner. Qualifications Full-time graduate or post-graduate 0-7 years of experience Excellent communication skills Prior experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships are preferred.
