Job description
As a key member of our global Marketing team, the Global Commercial Content Manager will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality, engaging content that drives awareness of our product and services, demand generation, and sales.
Responsibilities include:Strategic Content Leadership : Develop and execute a dynamic commercial content strategy, intricately aligned with our company s marketing and sales objectives. This strategy should resonate with our brand s voice and appeal to our diverse target audiences.
Audience Research and Persona Development : Conduct in-depth research to identify our target audiences and craft detailed buyer personas. Utilize these insights to tailor content that resonates with different segments.
Diverse Content Creation: Generate an array of content types including, but not limited to, blog posts, case studies, white papers, eBooks, infographics, social media content, and video scripts. Ensure all content reflects our brand s tone and values.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and consistent message across all platforms. Leverage your expertise to guide content decisions in a way that supports our overall marketing goals.
Utilization of AI Tools: Employ the latest generative AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing strategies. This includes leveraging AI for content optimization, trend analysis, and productivity enhancement.
Content Optimization and A/B Testing: Adopt an optimization mindset for all content, working with operations to conduct A/B testing of messaging, assets, and creatives. Strive to improve response and conversion rates across search engines and social media platforms.
Performance Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions. Use these insights to continually refine and improve content strategy.
Budget Management: Oversee the content budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses effectively.
Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies and best practices in content marketing, especially regarding AI advancements and digital marketing strategies.
Other Marketing Initiatives: Actively contribute to other marketing initiatives as required, showcasing versatility and a team-oriented mindset.
