As the Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent in this role is responsible for developing sales operations, meeting revenue and liquidation targets and building channel partner relationships in his/ her region. This role works alongside people in a variety of environments and provides ongoing support distribute and service products. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for overall revenue performance of the region. • Evaluate team performance on continuous basis. • Achieve assigned targets for T1 & T2 partners. • Ensure timely settlement of market claims, monitor team’s productivity. • Proven track record in sales, ability to manage performance of geographically spread team, work with seniors on implementing organizational strategy are key determinants for success in this role. Additional Responsibilities: • Geographic responsibility: Regional • Managerial Responsibility: # of Direct & Indirect Reports - 6-10 (No of reportees is subject to location). Educational qualifications preferred • Category: Master's Degree • Degree: Master of Business Administration - MBA Required work experience • Years of experience: 8 to 10 Critical Experiences : 1. Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience. 2. Multi industry (FMCG/IT) experience.(preferred) 3. Strong sales & distribution background 4. People management experience.Job tags
