Job description
Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of digital campaigns.
Content Marketing:
Create and curate engaging and relevant content for digital channels including blogs social media and email.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and Instagram.
Plan and execute social media campaigns including content creation scheduling and analysis.
SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage the audience.
Monitor email deliverability open rates and clickthrough rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Website Management:
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and SEO.
Implement and update website content as needed.
Online Reputation Management:
Monitor online reviews and manage the online reputation of the brand.
Address customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including sales product and design to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and best practices.
Exposure in written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
