Professional Experience : Degree with 2 years / Diploma with 4 years
Professional Experience description :
- Having worked in Cummins, Liebherr, John Dheer, Komatsu, Planetary and clutch transmission, TATA
- Basic knowledge of Hydraulics System, Power Transmission system, Auto Electrical Circuit
Job Description - Monitoring of daily/weekly maintenance activities of Tippers, Loaders, Dozers, Crawler, & Mobile Cranes, Surface miners, DG Set, Motor grader, Auxiliary equipments etc.
- Planning, scheduling and execution of preventive and periodic maintenance of HEMM equipments
- Cost optimization
- Inventory management of HEMM
- Improvement in MTBF/MTTR of Loader, Dozer, Cranes, Motor graders, Tippler etc.
- Troubleshooting of breakdowns & fault finding in above mentioned equipments
- Experience in LMV & Auxiliary equipments
Co-ordination for WCM, KMFA - identify and rectify abnormalities, unsafe conditions/activities, 5S activities, Kaizen
Critical competencies: - Overhaul of sub assembly of HEMM
- Knowledge of Hydraulics and Auto Electrical Circuits
- Spare parts planning
- Manpower handling
- Enhancement of life of sub-assemblies
- SAP application
- Parts Catalogue and shop manual referring
- Regular follow-up of Spares
