Position description: This position is responsible for arrangement and management of funds for the entire JAKSON Group.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the need for working capital / Term Loan / Other Banking facilities required by respective Business Segments.
  • Preparation of proposals, presentation to banks and negotiation to finalize the detailed Terms & Condition for proposed facilities
  • Preparation of CMA, Project report, Cash flow for credit facilities and getting it approved from Management.
  • Preparation of Agenda for approval of Board of Directors for Banking facilities.
  • Ensuring timely validation of documents given by bank related to set up of credit limits
  • Responsible for Banking compliance as per Terms & Condition of the Sanction.
  • Responsible for submission of documents & information in timely manner to Banks /FIIS / Rating agencies.
  • Coordination with bank for timely disbursement of Credit Facilities as per agreed terms
  • Responsible to minimize the cost of fund and keep the availability of the fund as per business requirements.
  • Liaising with the banks and mediating queries raised by different verticals of the company & banks
  • Quarterly visit to the plants along with banks for smooth execution of audit
  • Mediate and ensure timely response to queries raised by bank and close it at the earliest
  • Managing all NOC's/Pari-Passu Letter from banks related to any strategic decision of the company
  • Liaising with external rating agency and providing all timely information to agency to review the rating
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs by the different departments, respond to queries raised and highlight deviations to management
  • Respond to queries raised post internal audit of Corporate banking verticals and mediate resolution through consultation with BU Heads
  • Ensure timely bank confirmations on year-end balance and obtain necessary certificates for smooth execution of Statutory Audit
  • Compilation of the certificates & statutory documents to be issued to bank on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Prepare the monthly FFR I & II, comparative statement etc. to be submitted to Banks.
  • Review MIS submitted by Banking teams (BU's & Corporate)
  • Prepare monthly limit utilization sheets to be submitted Corporate Finance team
