Job Description - Design scalable, clear, transactional web-based product experiences for Napier Healthcare's solutions.
- Seek out and incorporate feedback from users, cross-functional team members, and customers.
- Proactively seek out and foster connections across product teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, engineers, and customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements and user needs.
- Create low- to high-fidelity mockups, content, detailed designs, and build interactive prototypes to communicate and test concepts and ideas.
- Plan and execute design research to develop new ideas and evaluate the usefulness and usability of product features.
- Assist in the definition and creation of success criteria and metrics.
- Collaborate with the development teams to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
- Typical Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of professional UX or interaction design experience, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
- Experience in leading team in information architecture, interaction, and visual design
- Portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX proficiency and understanding of design principles
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
- Expertise with industry design tools like Sketch, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating strong user focus, graceful solutions to complex problems, clear, smooth, and efficient interaction design, and a superb attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Interest in developing a deep understanding of healthcare systems and the ability to adapt designs to different healthcare settings and workflows
