This role will primarily involve store management, dispatch coordination, supply chain management, and accounts handling. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role within the Automotive/Manufacturing industry. This is a full-time position based in Chakan & PCMC Pune Maharashtra.
Qualifications And Skills - Strong analytical skills to effectively manage inventory and accounts
- Proven experience in store management, dispatch coordination, and supply chain management
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and organize the store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times
- Coordinate the dispatch of materials and products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoice generation and payment follow-ups
- Monitor and manage all transactions and financial documents related to store activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
